The winter-farm "Cresmino"

In December the goats are put into the winter-cot in "Cresmino", two kilometres near Cavigliano in the valley of Onsernone.
There the conditions for the birth of the young goats in spring are best. The young goat-babies are raised an a friendly, warm cot with the milk of their mothers later at eastern some of them are slaughted as a traditional easter-meal and sold to private customers before the herd moves back to the mountains.

In summer holiday-guests may enjoy their vacation at our house in the valley.

Our little self-service cheese-shop, where all our products are sold fresh, is frequently visited.
